This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into consistent, high-quality service delivery by ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities, ITIL-aligned processes, and operational workflows are effectively designed, implemented, governed, and continuously improved. The Manager leads a team responsible for platform development, process execution, and service optimization, with a focus on enabling reliable, scalable, and user-centered service delivery across the enterprise. This role is foundational to ensuring operational stability, transparency, and accountability-particularly important in a dynamic, evolving organizational environment.
