We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician 1 to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, VA, 20147.  * Familiarity with server hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.

 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

## Description

* Monitor and maintain data center equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
 * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on servers and network devices.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
 * Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
 * Document all maintenance activities and updates in the system.
 * Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for data center operations.
 * Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
