TCP/IP 2. DNS 3. DHCP 4. Routing and Switching Fundamentals 5. VLANs 6. VPN Concepts * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. * Ability to work the assigned overnight schedule. * Must be available for the 10:00 PM ET to 7:00 AM ET Sunday - Thursday shift., * CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent networking education/certification. * Experience working with ticketing and incident management systems. * Exposure to Cisco networking technologies. * Exposure to network monitoring platforms and diagnostic tools. * Basic understanding of firewalls, routing, switching, load balancing, or wireless networking technologies. * Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management concepts.
