* Experience in SOC, cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT security, or technical support.

 * Strong written communication and disciplined handoff habits.
 * Understanding of alerts, logs, endpoint/network/cloud security signals, and investigation workflows.
 * Comfort working remotely with a distributed international team.

Nice to have

 * Experience with SIEM, EDR, Cloudflare, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, or case management workflows.
 * Experience in an MSP, MSSP, SOC, or customer support environment.
 * Relevant security certifications or equivalent practical experience.

## Description

We are hiring a remote Cybersecurity Analyst covering North America hours. This role supplements our Africa and Dubai teams so can provide stronger follow-the-sun coverage, faster customer response, and better 24/7 operational support.
What you will do

 * Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts during North America hours.
 * Support customer security operations, escalations, and incident workflows.
 * Use

and related tools to document investigations, reduce noise, and improve handoffs. * Coordinate with Africa, Dubai, and Asia coverage teams to maintain continuity.

 * Write clear internal and customer-facing notes, summaries, and recommendations.
 * Improve playbooks, escalation paths, and shift handoff quality.
