This is more than a helpdesk role - it is your launchpad. You will work directly with business executives and their teams, own client relationships, and collaborate with our offshore and nearshore delivery teams to make sure every request is handled with speed, precision, and professionalism. This position is remote, but you must be available and online Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
