You will also be expected to travel to client sites as needed. Mileage will be compensated. You must have reliable transportation, home internet, and a cell phone. MSP experience is strongly preferred. * Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. * Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewall administration, and network troubleshooting. * Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, managed switches, and wireless access points across multiple vendor platforms. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. * Experience supporting VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms. * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision while exercising sound technical judgment. * Experience with PSA/ticketing systems, Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms, and other MSP technologies is a plus. * A collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and dedication.
