 * Shipping/Receiving, managing deployments and returns of equipment
 * Asset management, maintaining accurate status of equipment availability
 * Troubleshooting
 * Documentation, create and maintain process documentation for our Knowledge Base.
 * Multitask between setup of laptops and then return of equipment on a daily basis
