The ideal candidate will apply technical expertise to develop innovative, safe, and cost-effective structural solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards., Structural Design & Analysis * Perform structural analysis and design for new construction and existing structures. * Develop engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation. * Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. Project Planning & Coordination * Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders. * Participate in project planning, scheduling, and technical review meetings. * Support multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Engineering Documentation * Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and engineering reports. * Review and verify structural calculations and design documentation. * Assist with design revisions and engineering change management. Site Support & Inspections * Conduct site visits to verify structural conditions and monitor construction progress. * Provide technical guidance during installation and construction activities. * Resolve field engineering issues and recommend practical solutions. Quality & Compliance * Ensure engineering work meets regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. * Participate in design reviews and quality assurance initiatives. * Support continuous improvement efforts within engineering processes.
