This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who can translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while driving platform stability, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to develop and maintain mission-critical ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions.
