The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and be capable of leading enterprise database migration and modernization initiatives., * 8 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration. * Strong experience in Oracle-to-Oracle database migration and version upgrades. * Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, Oracle Data Pump, and GoldenGate. * Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: * AWS * Microsoft Azure * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Strong Shell scripting (Bash/Korn) and experience with Python or Perl for database automation. * Expertise in Oracle performance tuning, SQL optimization, indexing, and partitioning. * Experience with Linux/Unix administration. * Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR).
