## About the Role

The Management Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations. This is a strong opportunity for someone with one to two years of help desk or desktop support experience who wants to expand their skills in a growing organization. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, patient, approachable, and able to explain solutions without overwhelming the person they are helping., * One to two years of help desk, desktop support, or related IT experience

 * Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365
 * Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge
 * Strong communication and customer-service skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities
 * Willingness to travel between company locations, * Managed service provider experience
 * CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience
 * Experience with ticketing systems, NinjaRMM, Automate, Azure, SharePoint, or Power Automate
 * Familiarity with AppFolio, Adobe, Zoho, Caliber, or Timeslips

## Description

* Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues
 * Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees
 * Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access
 * Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
 * Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation
 * Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely
