Reporting to the CTO, the ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, monitor and maintain IT systems, ensure the security and reliability of our IT environment, and maintain clear documentation., * Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience plus certifications. * 2+ years of experience in IT support or administration with a focus on Azure/Entra, Defender, Intune, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and security tools. * Experience working in a Microsoft cloud environment is required. * Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools (endpoint protection, email security, IAM). * Basic scripting ability (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) for automating routine admin tasks. * Experience documenting processes and building knowledgebases. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small IT team. * Able to travel twice yearly for company-wide meetings (location varies)., * Do you have hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting?
