## About the Role

We would like the candidate to have 1 or more of the following skills. You are not at all expected to know everything :)

 * Comprehensive IT technical knowledge and experience with windows server
 * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365
 * Experience with various brands of server hardware
 * Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions
 * Experience with anti-virus solutions
 * Experience with the implementation and configuration of NAS & SAN devices
 * In-depth knowledge of local and wide area networks, wireless networks & enterprise grade firewalls/routers
 * Experience with remote management support tools
 * Experience with security camera setups
 * Experience with vpn setup
 * Excellent verbal and written communications skills, time management, and client confidentiality required
