 * 2 years of related experience - Desktop Support
 * Knowledge and experience in Windows 10 & 11 Microsoft Office Applications
 * Knowledgeable on Google workspace
 * Familiar with Windows Active Directory is a plus
 * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

## Description

* Perform General IT desktop support and ensure user's satisfaction
 * Support, assist, install, or set up employees' computer and mobile devices, printers
 * Assist with systems administration and projects such as network/data security, backups and archiving, patching, network issues, email issues, and implementing new technologies
 * Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software including Printers, Copiers, Scanners, etc.
 * Assist in evaluation and testing of software or hardware
 * Provide application training to users
 * Perform other duties as needed or assigned
