In compliance with the College's Out of State Workers Policy, only candidates who will reside in and work from the states of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio will be considered for this position. ## Description Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of CRM Operations, this position provides administrative support for the College's Salesforce platform. This role also supports technologies that integrate with Salesforce and align with the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of the College., * Support a multi-org Salesforce CRM environment utilizing Education Architecture (EDA and/or Education Cloud) and Sales Cloud technologies. * Handle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, activities and events, chatter, dashboards, workflows, data structures, integrations, and other tasks. * Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administration, development, and change management activities. * Complete regular internal system audits to ensure security and business compliance. * Evaluate new releases of Salesforce CRM to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. * Supports Salesforce CRM data feeds and other integrations and maintains all technological resources associated with the end user. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM for extracting insights from data for advancing business key performance indicators. * Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new administrative requests. * Serve as the translator connecting the application developers, businesspeople, and users. * Determine and document business user requirements. * Identify best practices in the use of the Salesforce CRM and disseminate them. * Assist in the design of training materials to grow the Salesforce CRM skill set. * Provide onboarding training for new users to support quicker participation in Salesforce CRM-related processes.
