## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in systems engineering
 * Experience with weapon systems development across Navy and/or Marine Corp teams
 * Experience working with Cameo highly desired. Magic Draw or Innoslate experience is also acceptable
 * Familiarity with the SysML or Lifecycle Modeling languages desired, but not required
 * Navy weapons systems experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

 * Experience in applying engineering services to engagement system.
 * components and assemblies. This experience includes developing and testing solutions to solve
 * technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance,
 * and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting data.
 * Three (3) years of experience in assembly, preferred.
 * Two (2) years of SMT Hand Soldering.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
 * Ability to work is on site, 5 days a week., * Five or more years' experience as a systems engineer, with two or more years working with model-based system engineering processes.
 * Bachelor's degree in systems engineering
 * Previous experience as a risk analyst or project risk manager
 * Experience writing and implementing system safety plans and processes, including hazard analysis techniques
 * Experience with weapon systems development across Navy and/or Marine Corp teams
 * Demonstrated understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering processes and applications
 * Experience working with Innoslate highly desired
 * Familiarity with the SysML or Lifecycle Modeling languages desired, but not required
 * Ability to work independently and within established teams to meet established goals within schedule driven timelines
 * Experience developing and presenting technical briefs
