This candidate will provide Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a variety of hardware, software, and operating system topics including but not limited to: We are looking for a person to either be based at our HQ in Noblesville IN or based in our Software division that is located in Louisville Kentucky. We will only be looking at resumes that are located in these two locations. * Provide remote and on-site desktop support for company users and computers. * Intermediate support of Windows 10/11 * Intermediate support of Apple/iOS and Android phones * Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 Administration * Intermediate Active Directory Administration * Intermediate Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) * Intermediate Desktop applications (Office, Adobe, etc.) Job Functions: * Imaging, deployment and application installation. * Perform PC and device upgrades. * Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of server rooms and equipment storage. * Escalation of help desk tickets. * Work with team and management on escalation of any issues (equipment, network etc) * Special assignments and projects as directed by the team lead or Director. * Assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving of IT assets. * Assist in creating new operation procedures for the IT knowledge base.
