## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Data & AI Specialist to help drive analytics, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role combines data engineering, reporting, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Airtable, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem., * Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

 * Early-career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

 * SQL experience

 * Python (PySpark preferred)

 * JavaScript or another scripting language

 * REST APIs and JSON

 * Power BI or similar BI platform

 * Understanding of relational databases and data modeling

 * Strong analytical and communication skills

 * Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

 * Able to work onsite in East Orange, NJ five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft Fabric

 * Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI tools

 * Airtable

 * Microsoft 365

 * Data warehousing/lakehouse concepts

 * Git

 * LLM workflows
