## About the Role

* Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
 * Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
 * Must be flexible and willing to work with occasional changes in scheduling.
 * Must subscribe to the Agency's Mission Statement and Organizational Values.

## Description

This position provides coordination and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Agency's computer systems and networks., * Maintain inventory and records for all servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.

 * Assign and reclaim devices as staff onboard and offboard with the Agency.
 * Plan and process security updates on all servers, hypervisors, and workstations.
 * Coordinate with software providers to support line of business applications.
 * Update IT documentation and guides as the environment changes.
 * Work with vendors on hardware/software quotes and procurement.
 * Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common issues involving networking, computers, printing, etc.
 * Installation and management of security cameras.
 * Complete IT tickets and work requests.
 * Experience with these platforms is required:
 + Active Directory
 + Windows Server file servers, print servers and similar
 + Office 365 and Exchange Online
