## About the Role

Customer service skills, critical thinking, flexibility, and following processes are a must.

Range of Technical Skills:

 * AD/Azure experience

 * MyApplications/Microsoft Experience

 * MFA - Microsoft Authenticator - iPhone/Android in particular

 * Outlook App on Mobile Devices

Technical Requirements:

1) Must have 2-3 years minimum in call center environment to be considered.

2) Must not only be familiar with Active Directory and Mic Azure but must know their way around it

3) Exchange to assist with email issues.

4) Exposure to remote support - enterprise level VPN experience.

## Description

This candidate will be active in our client's Call Center queue taking calls from all employees across the company. Expected to troubleshoot/assist users, create tickets, document thoroughly, and escalate as required.
