## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT Help Desk or Technical Support experience (MSP experience preferred).
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and cloud-based technologies.
 * Familiarity with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini.
 * Basic knowledge of PowerShell or automation tools is preferred.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning.

Preferred Certifications

 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
 * Microsoft MS-900, AI-900, SC-900, or Azure certifications
 * Microsoft Copilot or other AI-related certifications (preferred)

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused technician to join our Managed Services team. This role combines traditional IT support with emerging AI technologies to help clients maximize productivity, automate routine tasks, and securely adopt AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to learn and support AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other business AI tools. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of IT support while delivering exceptional services to our clients., * Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues.
 * Support users with AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other approved AI solutions.
 * Assist with onboarding, licensing, configuration for AI technologies.
 * Ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and in accordance with company and client security policies.
 * Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
 * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, AI tools, and scripting.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and AI best practices.
 * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.
