This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution and outcomes. You'll partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Business Analysis, and Implementation teams to identify bottlenecks, reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and increase delivery speed across our platform. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, build practically, and help define the roadmap for how automation and AI can be embedded throughout our development and implementation processes. Our long-term vision is ambitious. We are working toward a future where discovery call transcripts automatically generate validated requirements, Salesforce environments can be configured through automation, testing is executed by intelligent agents, and human intervention is required only when necessary.
