## About the Role

* Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware and software in a network environment
 * Capacity to work on team-based projects effectively
 * Willingness to travel to branch locations as required
 * Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
 * Effective verbal and written communications skill
 * 2 years college education in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred (not required, but definitely a plus!)

 * Experience working with cloud-based technologies (ie Microsoft 365)
 * Knowledge of security systems and concepts
 * Familiarity with ticketing software
 * Banking experience
