 * Exceptional communication and time-management skills.

## Description

* Install, configure, and upgrade hardware/software (desktops, laptops, peripherals, ATMs, vending machines, etc.).
 * Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows/UNIX systems, networks (wired/wireless), and virtual desktop environments.
 * Perform preventative maintenance and optimize equipment performance.
 * Travel to client sites (90%+ field-based) to provide on-site support, repairs, and user training.
 * Test and deploy hard drive images and new technology.
 * Document repairs and maintain accurate service records.
 * Be on call for urgent technical support and deliveries.
