 * Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
 * Point-of-Sale (POS) system experience.
 * Retail technology support experience.
 * Experience supporting convenience store or fuel station technology environments., * Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialists to support a large-scale technology transformation initiative across a nationwide retail environment. This role will serve as a critical point of contact for store employees, managers, and field technicians, providing remote technical assistance via phone, chat, and ticketing systems., * Provide remote technical support to store personnel and onsite technicians during technology deployments and system upgrades.

 * Assist with device provisioning, installations, decommissioning activities, configuration, and system validation.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, desktops, networks, and other store technologies.
 * Document issues, resolutions, and support requests accurately within ticketing systems.
 * Escalate complex technical problems when necessary while ensuring a positive customer experience.
 * Communicate professionally and effectively with end users, stakeholders, and support teams.
 * Support large-scale technology refresh and system migration initiatives impacting multiple retail locations.
