A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, Advertising, or a related field is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience organically growing social media accounts from the ground up, including developing an audience without relying primarily on paid advertising. Applicants should be prepared to provide a portfolio or examples of accounts and content they have worked on, including measurable results where available. Technical Skills & Tools Candidates should have experience with tools commonly used for modern content production and social media management, including: Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or other relevant Adobe applications for professional graphics, video, and creative production. Canva: Creating branded social graphics, carousels, advertisements, presentations, templates, and other marketing assets. CapCut or equivalent video-editing software: Editing Reels and other short-form video, including captions, transitions, audio, pacing, and platform-ready exports. Instagram and Meta tools: Publishing content, scheduling, managing comments and DMs, reviewing analytics, and understanding audience performance. Candidates should also be comfortable learning and working with project-management tools, cloud productivity suites, shared content calendars, analytics dashboards, and emerging AI-assisted creative tools as appropriate., The selected candidate must be willing and able to successfully complete an applicable Adobe Certified Professional certification within 12 months of beginning employment with RelayWorks., The ideal candidate is creative but also understands that content serves a business objective. They can create something visually appealing while considering: Who is the audience? What problem are we addressing? What action should the viewer take? How does this contribute to brand awareness, engagement, or client acquisition? Strong candidates will have excellent written English, visual judgment, attention to detail, organization, professional communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
