Primary responsibilities will include sending onboarding documents through DocuSign, following up with experts regarding outstanding paperwork, reviewing completed forms for accuracy and completeness, and organizing and uploading finalized documents to the appropriate internal systems and folders. The specialist will also communicate with experts by email to answer general paperwork questions, coordinate with recruiters and other team members regarding onboarding status, and help ensure each expert's file is complete before the onboarding process is finalized. Strong attention to detail, organization, written communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of paperwork are important for this role.
