The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional HR expertise and Oracle HCM Cloud technical knowledge to drive system enhancements, optimize HR processes, and support key business initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and end users, ensuring the Oracle HCM platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
