## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
 * Required Certifications:
 * CompTIA Security+
 * Linux-related certification/experience is preferred.
 * 1 - 3 years' experience in a technical or technical sales role.
 * Proven experience working with Linux environments (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) and a solid understanding of networking and security protocols.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 * Experience with military/government organizations & contracts is a plus
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts., * Do you have any Linux-related experience? If so, please explain further.

## Description

Dexter Edward LLC is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Solution Engineer to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical clients. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by providing expert technical guidance and conducting product demonstrations. This position requires a deep understanding of our products and services, aligning them with prospecting customer needs., * Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Fognigma's solutions.

 * Support in office deployment of proprietary software & provide helpdesk support as needed
 * Collaborate with teams to understand the latest features and enhancements, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
 * Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and other documentation required for the sales process.
 * Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise.
 * Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant information to clients and the sales team.
 * Support post-sales activities, including implementation, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment of our solutions.
