## About the Role

* We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and PL/SQL, along with proven expertise in leading technical initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving projects from inception through delivery. This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance architecture, hands-on development, and stakeholder engagement.

Primary (Must-Have) Skills

 * 15+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
 * Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
 * Solid experience in Full Stack Development using modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or similar).
 * Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, packages, and performance tuning.
 * Experience designing and developing scalable, enterprise-level applications.
 * Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical projects.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.
 * Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
