Knowledge * Understanding SEO best practices and search engine optimization. * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools. * Basic understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Ability to analyze data and make recommendations. * Strong attention to detail., * Experience with AI search optimization (AEO). * Experience with the Znode ecommerce platform. * Knowledge of HubSpot. * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. * Experience creating marketing or website performance reports. The Ecommerce Coordinator helps grow Etna Supply's online presence by improving search visibility, supporting ecommerce operations, and tracking website performance. This role focuses on SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), analytics, product data management, and ecommerce customer support. Working closely with the Digital Product Owner and Marketing Director, the Ecommerce Coordinator plays a key role in driving online traffic, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the company's digital growth.
