This role serves as the primary technical resource for employee technology, business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting users, improving systems, and driving operational excellence across a fast-paced organization. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future of technology and security at Vego Garden. Essential Responsibilities: IT Operations * Serve as the primary escalation point for IT support requests across the organization. * Provide technical support for employees across office, warehouse, and remote environments. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and business application issues. * Configure, deploy, maintain, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access management. * Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and software licenses. Business Applications & Systems Support * Support Google Workspace and related productivity platforms. * Troubleshoot issues involving ERP, WMS, CRM, shipping, and eCommerce systems. * Partner with internal teams to improve business processes and technology adoption. * Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues. * Assist with application implementation, upgrades, and user training. Infrastructure & Networking * Support office and warehouse network environments, including Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, printers, and conference room technology. * Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. * Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology projects. * Ensure reliability and availability of business-critical systems. Cybersecurity * Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment through implementation of security best practices. * Manage user access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and device security policies. * Support vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security monitoring efforts. * Assist with incident response and security investigations when needed. * Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.
