Preferred Qualifications + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD). + 8+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience. + Experience with API development and enterprise integrations. + Experience implementing or evaluating AI-powered features within enterprise applications. + Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as NAVEX, Regology, Icertis, or iManage. + Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools. ## Description Our client is seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead** to support and enhance its enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who can translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while driving platform stability, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to develop and maintain mission-critical ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions.
