We are currently undergoing a HR transformation that includes a green field implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central. This is a high-level strategic leadership role responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business goals. The role will drive technology strategy, establish architectural governance, guide digital transformation, and ensure "clean core" principles. Key duties include managing complex integrations, mentoring technical teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership., + Define the overarching technical strategy, govern architectural standards, and ensure seamless, scalable integration across the HCM suite. + Manage technical SAP Teams through complex system development and deployment.
