* Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph.
 * Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
 * Customer specific experience
 * Demonstrated Experience implementing cloud Infrastructure (AWS) with in a high security environment
 * Experience developing and evaluating strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment.

Desired Skills:

 * neo4j graph database technologies, cypher query language
 * Enterprise data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principles, data standards, and metadata management best practices.

## Description

* Translate requirements into end-to-end designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories.
 * Activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques
 * Process and integrate large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible
 * Perform functional and technical analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, trade studies to create a total system solution that acknowledge technical schedule and cost constraints.
 * Apply concepts of operations set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and construction of information systems across organizations.
