Education, Experience and Technical Skills: * Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or other related fields, and/or equivalent work experience required. * Prior experience working at a software development company in a support role. * Demonstrated ability to document business requirements with clarity and attention to detail. * Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. * Experience working within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred. * Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project. * Ability to coordinate and support project activities. * Strong understanding of business software. * Proven experience in project management tools and software * Proven ability learn and navigate complex business software applications * Project Management experience strongly desired. Soft Skills: * Proven client facing skills. * Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills and communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Must have good command of the English language, both oral and written. * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Strong teamwork and works effectively across teams and builds productive relationships. * Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload. * Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. * Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. ## Description The Implementation Project Coordinator (IPC) partners closely with Implementation Managers to support the successful delivery of client implementation projects.
