## About the Role

* 2 Years Related Experience
 * Help Desk Experience is a plus
 * Warehouse Experience is a plus
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Good documentation skills
 * Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
 * Experience with Windows 7 and 10
 * Experience with Microsoft server operating systems
 * Experience with Microsoft SQL and Management Studio is a plus
 * Ability to troubleshooting LAN/WAN and networking hardware
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware related issues
 * Ability to learn in house software to assist with customer trainings, * Network administration: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

This position will be responsible for:

 * Providing remote technical support to our warehouse-based customers using our software and hardware solutions.
 * Responding to customer related issues via phone or email
 * Managing help desk tickets in a timely manner
 * Ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions via in house ticketing software
 * Configuration of PCs, Android and Windows based wearables, handheld computers, label printers, and peripherals
 * Configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco Webex, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, and related services), and internal ProCat network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
 * Limited travel, and some off-hours support are required
 * Position located in office in Gibbsboro, NJ
