## Description

* Architect, launch, and execute a multi-platform social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
 * Define and maintain Flock's social brand voice, creating content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement across public sector and commercial audiences.
 * Oversee daily channel operations, including publishing schedules, content calendars, real-time brand engagement, and crisis communication nuances.
 * Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content, Communications, and Product Marketing teams to amplify major campaigns and product launches.
 * Establish social analytics dashboards, track key performance indicators, and scale a dedicated social media team as the function grows., * This isn't a purely high-level strategy position, you will actively manage day-to-day channel operations, real-time publishing, and content execution.
 * This is not a specialized corporate communications or PR role, your core focus centers on multi-platform social media growth, channel engagement, and digital storytelling.
 * This isn't an isolated creative function, you will partner daily across Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership while relying on analytics to guide strategy.
