## Description

As a File Tester, you'll be a key part of Navia's Imports team, ensuring client data flows smoothly and accurately into our systems. You'll become a subject matter expert in our import processes, working closely with clients, brokers, and internal partners to keep file feeds accurate and running smoothly, and play an important role supporting day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects.

What You'll Do:

 * Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across all Navia benefit plans
 * Retrieve and manage incoming files via SFTP
 * Identify file discrepancies and communicate them clearly to clients
 * Collaborate with the Imports team to meet daily processing goals
 * Investigate and resolve discrepancies in individual files or plan data
 * Partner with Account Managers and clients to resolve outstanding discrepancies
 * Work with internal partners, brokers, and clients to build and maintain file feeds
 * Provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
 * Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
