Certifications: * SAP Certified Application Professional certification preferred. * PMP or ITIL certification preferred. ## Description The Director, ERP, specializing in SAP, leads the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP ERP systems across the organization. This role requires deep SAP expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver ERP initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment. The position is critical to optimizing business processes, advancing digital transformation, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives., Strategic Leadership: * Define and execute an enterprise ERP strategy, with emphasis on SAP solutions that support business objectives. * Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation. * Establish and monitor KPIs to measure ERP performance, business value, and alignment with organizational priorities. Project Management: * Lead planning, budgeting, execution, and governance for SAP projects, including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. * Direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
