* High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additional vocational training is a plus.
 * Good physical condition with the ability to work in uneven terrain in varying environments.
 * Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Good oral and written communication abilities.
 * Must be Self-Motivated and a self-driven individual, * Customer service: 1 year (Required)

## Description

SysTec is located in Troy MO and Provides internet and MSP services throughout the Lincoln County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a technician to serve existing customer internet installations and assist in our office with computer builds, setups, and repairs. This position will be a dual role of Wireless Internet Technician and Computer Technician. The position will progress to an on-site installation technician on the MSP side of operations as well.

Wireless Internet Service Technician

 * Troubleshoot Outdoor Radio units for misalignments and possible install/wiring issues
 * Troubleshoot internet issues using equipment monitoring software and/or at customer locations
 * Troubleshoot routers, APs and networking issues
 * Provide customer with troubleshooting service over the phone

Computer technician duties

 * Build and configure custom computers
 * Setup workstations and laptops
 * Repair hardware issues on computers and laptops
 * Repair software issues on computers and laptops
 * Handle Helpdesk phone calls and requests as needed
 * Assist other team members with tasks as directed
