The team serves in an advisory capacity to Signify's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - partnering closely with leaders to evaluate challenges and opportunities, facilitate decision-making, and execute early-stage proofs of concept. The Lead Director, Strategy & Innovation will play a pivotal role in translating Signify Health's long-term vision into actionable growth strategies and innovative service offerings. Reporting to the team's Executive Director, you will focus on market research, problem framing, solution design, and the development of compelling business cases for new opportunities. The role will have high visibility across multiple functions, including Product, Operations, Client Success, Clinical, Finance, and Signify's ELT. This leader must bring expertise at the intersection of clinical care delivery and technology. You will be tasked with aligning industry trends to company capabilities and pressure-testing next-generation product ideas through in-depth analysis and "fail-fast" methodologies.
