Do you thrive on helping customers quickly and accurately? Are you fluent in ERP systems and comfortable moving between calls, emails, and walk-in requests? Can you jump in on the floor to safely operate a forklift and lift up to 75 lbs when an order needs to move now?  * Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
 * Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs., * Comfort multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
 * Ability to handle multiple high-priority issues at once.
 * Strong planning and prioritization capabilities.

Nice to Have

 * Exposure to the fence, shutter, or aluminum industry.
 * Experience with NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.
 * 2-3 years in sales or customer service roles.
 * Familiarity with blueprint takeoffs.
