 * Strong knowledge of Rust, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, and async programming.
 * Experience with Tokio, Actix Web, Axum, or similar Rust frameworks.
 * Experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, and distributed systems.
 * Strong understanding of Linux, networking, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar messaging platforms.

Preferred Skills

 * Kubernetes Operators and cloud-native infrastructure
 * Terraform or Pulumi
 * Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
 * Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
 * Cryptography, TLS, and secure communications
 * C/C++ interoperability (FFI)
 * Open-source Rust contributions
