In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, Field Account teams, and executive-level customers. You will run our product advisory forums, optimize feedback loops, track top-account feature requests, and ensure customer insights directly inform product roadmap planning. Responsibilities Customer Forum & Event Operations: Manage end-to-end execution for both virtual customer forums and annual in-person executive events (day-long roadmap deep dives with top accounts). Handle logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, pre/post-event surveys, and real-time host support (travel not required) Feedback Loop & Feature Request Management: Build and maintain scalable workflows between Product, Engineering, and Account teams. Track top-account feature requests and ensure critical enterprise feedback is structured, prioritized, and incorporated into roadmap planning. Cross-Functional Program Execution: Proactively identify risks, clear operational blockers, track dependencies, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on critical milestones across multiple time zones.
