* 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling IT services/technology consulting, with a genuine hunter track record - net-new logos, not just account management
 * Comfort running full sales cycles independently, including six- to seven-figure deals
 * Strong outbound instincts - you don''t wait for leads, you go find them
 * CRM fluency for pipeline tracking

Nice to have:

 * Experience selling ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Palantir specifically
 * Public sector relationships (GSA, RFP/RFI experience, set-aside familiarity) - valued, not required
 * An existing book of commercial IT relationships ready to activate
