Technical Knowledge * Strong foundation in information technology principles, practices, and infrastructure operations. * Working knowledge of: * Enterprise networking devices * Computer hardware and software systems * Local Area Networks (LAN) * Wide Area Networks (WAN) * Client-server architectures and protocols * Internet and intranet technologies Troubleshooting & Operations * Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in complex network environments. * Experience utilizing network monitoring, diagnostic, and performance analysis tools. * Ability to evaluate network performance and implement improvements to increase reliability, scalability, and efficiency. * Experience supporting highly available, large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments. Documentation & Communication * Strong technical documentation and process development skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Experience interpreting and implementing solutions based on technical specifications and vendor documentation. * Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
