* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
 * 3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analytics, or Senior Data Analyst role.
 * Strong experience with Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
 * Experience developing and deploying Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
 * Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, and machine learning methodologies.
 * Strong proficiency with SQL and working with large datasets.
 * Experience performing exploratory data analysis and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders.
 * Experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
