## About the Role

Are you someone who loves creating great first impressions and making people feel genuinely welcome? We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is service-driven, friendly, and motivated to deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive hotel team., * Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude

 * At least 6 months of customer service experience (hotel experience a plus)
 * Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
 * Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel; PMS experience a plus)
 * Strong communication and multitasking abilities
 * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
 * Must be able to work weekends and evenings
 * Valid driver's license required

## Description

* Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
 * Provide warm, professional, and efficient service at all times
 * Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency
 * Communicate important guest feedback and operational issues to leadership
 * Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities
 * Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
 * Use the property management system and front desk tools effectively
 * Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
 * Support other departments when needed
