## About the Role

* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity
 * Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals
 * Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns)
 * Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, large-scale migrations, and data quality governance
 * Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context with measurable productivity outcomes
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-org DevOps tooling
 * Salesforce Architect certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (required); Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
 * Integration Architecture Designer and Data Architecture Designer certifications strongly preferred
 * Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with working knowledge of NERC compliance and audit requirements
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, and Field Service Lightning
 * Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding and delivery platforms
 * Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems
 * Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models and vendor governance
 * MuleSoft Certified Architect or Integration Professional certification
 * Familiarity with GIS/ESRI integrations or geospatial data platforms in a utility context
